You know you should be capturing the real impact of your work, there’s only one problem: traditional M&E methods give you dry data, and you struggle to translate complex change into meaningful, compelling stories.

If you ever feel like your reports don’t truly reflect the depth of change you’re creating—or worse, that donors and stakeholders just aren’t connecting with your results—it’s time to shift your approach. Numbers alone won’t inspire action, but powerful stories will. This course gives you the framework to uncover, collect, and share the most significant changes happening in your work—so you can move beyond generic metrics and start telling stories that matter.
